Eti-Osa Federal Constituency covers the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State (administratively split into Eti-Osa East, Ikoyi-Obalende, and Iru-Victoria Island LCDAs), with a population estimated between roughly 284,000 and 309,000.
It is, in effect, three constituencies in one — distinct communities with different priorities, different rhythms, and different expectations of representation.

Home to Lagos’s business, diplomatic and political elite — high-net-worth residents, corporate headquarters, and a smaller resident voter base relative to its economic weight.

Young professionals, entrepreneurs, and middle-class families who care about infrastructure, security, transport and cost of living — and who are highly active on social media.
Riverine & indigenous
Longer-settled communities
Longer-settled, often lower-income relative to the Island/Lekki corridor, and historically vocal about being overlooked despite sitting inside one of Lagos’s wealthiest LGAs.

Eti-Osa is one of Nigeria's most distinctive constituencies: a single seat that spans Ikoyi and Victoria Island's political and business elite, Lekki's fast-growing young professional class, and the older riverine/fishing communities of Ikate, Ajiran, Okun Mopo, Ogombo, Langbasa and Sangotedo who have historically felt left out of the constituency's visible prosperity.
